FTTH Access

PacketFront's solution for Fiber-To-The-Home, FTTH, is based on our proven FTTH technology, and has been installed in numerous successful broadband networks around the world . The broadband routers, ASR 4000 and ASR 5000 are, as all our broadband routers, powered by iBOS, the unique software that is purpose-built to control triple-play services, with special focus on TV - the most complex service among the three (Voice, Internet, TV). The capability of controlling each service separately makes iBOS, and thus the ASR 4000 and ASR 5000 , uniquely positioned for open-access environments where services are offered from multiple service providers.

The ASR 4000 and ASR 5000 series are designed for FTTH deployments, enabling almost unlimited bandwidth to countless end users. Coupled with our CPE portfolio , the FTTH solution enables easy network management, including fast troubleshooting and improved customer satisfaction. The use of FTTH with our CATV receiver in the end‑user premises further provides value-adds to our FTTH solution, and CATV operators can utilize their existing network as they smoothly migrate to an all-IP, triple-play environment.
