The principal component of the automation and control solution is our award-winning control and provisioning system, BECS™, a centralised system for automation in the network. BECS controls the network elements and the services, and uses the distributed ASR series of broadband routers to enforce the control policies. The resource demanding tasks of configuring network elements and services are automated, and operational costs are saved.

Our Subscriber Management Tool, SMT, and Helpdesk Management Tool, HMT, offer service providers tools for end-user administration and fast troubleshooting.  We strongly believe in letting end users themselves activate and provision the services of their choice. For this we offer the Service Selection Portal, SSP.
