DRG 300 - Digital Residential Gateway

The DRG 300 series, is PacketFront's series of customer premises equipment optimized for triple-play services, including POTS.

The DRG 300 series is purpose built to fit a home LAN environment, either Fibre To The Home or Ethernet To The Home. Embedded VoIP functionality allows the use of existing analogue telephones or fax machines. Enhanced multicast handling with support for multiple set-top boxes and thus allowing multiple TV-sets in the household, are other examples of features in the DRG 300.

The DRG 300 series is part of PacketFront's automated broadband solution , and is monitored by the network control and provisioning system, BECS™ , via the broadband routers, ASR, enabling efficient and fast troubleshooting.

DRG 300 can also be managed from PacketFront's DRG element manager Home Device Director, HDD.
