HeLi NET and PacketFront deliver fibre network to seven German municipalities
The German broadband company HeLi NET Telekommunikation GmbH & CoKG is deploying an FTTH (Fibre to the Home) network in the Hellweg-Lippe region in Germany, based on technology from PacketFront. The new fibre network for multi-play services will be launched under the name City2020 (www.city2020.de) and will be the region’s first complete, open FTTH network.
