Hubert Schanne - Chief Executive Officer
Hubert is a highly customer focused leader with an international background in the Telecommunications industry and has lived in Canada, the UK, Germany and Austria. Before joining PacketFront, Hubert spent over 6 years with ADC telecommunications in Sales and General Management roles responsible for Europe, Middle East and Africa. Prior to this he was with Nortel for 12 years in Sales, Customer Service and Business Development roles.
Christina Rubenhag - Chief Financial Officer
Christina has a background in the telecommunications and energy industries. She has held positions as CFO and business controller at SWE-DISH, Allgon and Shell. Christina has a Master of Business Administration from Umeå School of Business in Sweden.
Johnny Hedlund - VP Product Management
Johnny has spent the last 12 years in various management positions in the wireless telecommunications industry. He joins PacketFront from his latest position as VP Product Development at Powerwave Technologies. Johnny has a Masters degree in Computer Science.
Krister Werner - VP Operations & Services
Krister has background from Defence and Telecom industry. He has held various positions as General Manager and Vice President Supply, Logistics, sourcing, support and services. His previous roles were with SAAB, Allgon and Huber+Suhner. In addition to this he has a past experience as a Management consultant. Krister holds a Master of Science degree in Mechancial Engineering and he is a former Captain in the Swedish Air Force.
Mats E. Jonsson - Co-founder, Chief Legal Counsel and HR
Mats has a Master of Law degree from Stockholm University in 1991. After his degree Mats served as Legal Clerk at the District Court of Handen for two years and worked seven years as a business lawyer with Bergling & Partners Lawfirm in Stockholm before he joined Bredbandsbolaget (B2) as Legal Counsel in 2000.
Olle Cederberg - VP Research and Development
Olle is a highly result oriented leader with more than 10 years experience within the Telecommunications industry. Before joining PacketFront, Olle was one of the founders of 42Networks where he held the position of VP R&D for 5 years. Prior to this Olle spent 5 years with Ericsson in system management, technical sales, and R&D roles. Olle holds a Master of science degree in Electrical Engineering from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm.

Hans Blomberg - Chairman of the Board
Hans is General Partner of European Equity Partners (EEP) and a director of Prenax and Transmode. Prior to EEP, Hans worked actively with investments in technology related growth companies as a private investor. Between 1987 and 1992, Hans served as Vice President, Mergers & Acquisitions at Merrill Lynch International. He received his MBA from Harvard Business School in 1987 and his MSc in Electrical Engineering from Linkoping Institute of Technology in 1983.
Henrik Scharp - Private shareholder
Henrik was President and Senior Investment Manager within Ericsson business innovation prior to founding 42Networks in 2003. Henrik was CEO of 42Networks from start until the divestiture in the end of 2006. He presently works with investments in the technology area.
Henrik holds an MSc in Mechanical Engineering from the Royal Institute of Technology, Sweden and an MBA from INSEAD, France.
Maurizio Caio - Founder and Managing Partner of TLcom
After four years with McKinsey & Company in Europe, Maurizio became a founding partner of Bain & Company in Italy and was - until April 1999 - a Director of Bain & Company's telecom/technology practice. He has spent 15 years advising CEO's and senior management of European and Silicon Valley telecommunications, technology and media companies.
Maurizio has a Summa cum Laude Laurea degree in Business Administration from Bocconi University in Milan and New York University, and an MBA from Stanford University. Maurizio sits on a number of boards including Netscalibur and Topica.
Simon Cornwell - Venture Partner of Amadeus Capital Partners
Simon joined Amadeus in 2001 from Two Way TV, a digital TV entertainment and technology company, where he was chief executive. Prior to founding Two Way TV, Simon worked at the Boston Consulting Group in the US and at the Granada Group in the UK.
Simon holds a Masters degree in Management from Yale University and an MA in Modern Languages from Oxford. Simon sits on a number of boards including that of Transmode AB.
