Job Description
For our expanding business in Finland, we are seeking a senior account manager to drive sales and grow the PacketFront brand through building and maintaining relationships with existing and new customers. Your homebase will be our headquarters in Kista, Stockholm, but you are required to travel extensively in Finland and Russia. To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to understand customers’ needs, identify and develop new accounts by gaining the customers’ trust and confidence through your knowledge and sales skills. You will work both directly with customers and via our local partners.
General responsibilities:
- Attract new customers and increase the sales to existing customer base in Finland and Russia.
- Identify business opportunities at targeted customer groups and sell in large projects with long sales cycles.
- Position PacketFront as a long term partner for our customers.
- Together with our product specialists and sales engineers organize and execute product presentations for existing and potential customers.
- Achieve budget goals for sales volumes, margins as well as personal development goals.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- As a minimum of five years sales experience within IT and/or Telecom sectors
- Excellent track record in large sales accounts
- Self-confidence and strong personality
- Enthusiastic, organized, self disciplined and pro active
- Fluent in both Finnish and English
- Flexible in working hours and prepared to travel
Preferred Qualifications:
- Sales experience and contact network within IT/Telecom sector in Finland and/or Russia
- Knowledge of Russian, Swedish and other Nordic languages
